These few pictures are selected among hundred of pictures taken by a group of teenagers with special needs. These are the result of a wonderful experience through which I got familiar with a lovely community of girls. I used to see them every week and each time I gave my camera to one in order to shoot whatever she liked. The pleasure of watching them take pictures of each other was incredible. Depending on what disability each had, the pictures are different and taken from a different angle. The camera had given them power and they had forgotten how difficult it could be for them to press the shutter. They never gave up and this made me so impressed about what I was doing.

This project was done in 2013.
